We Review the Job Details
We look over the information you have provided and check what will be needed for the requested cleaning. If something is unclear, we will contact you before confirming the appointment.
The cleaning requirements, practical arrangements and applicable service fee are agreed before the booking is confirmed.
Confirm the Appointment
Once the details have been agreed, we confirm the cleaning date and the service arranged for the property. Appointments need to be booked at least one full day in advance.
We do not take same-day bookings. This gives both sides enough time to have the service details and access arrangements in place.
We Carry Out the Cleaning
On the agreed date, our trained team carries out the confirmed cleaning work using standard equipment and suitable cleaning solutions for the service arranged.
Please make sure the agreed areas can be accessed when we arrive. Clear access helps the team get on with the work without unnecessary delays.
Cleaning Is Completed
Once the agreed work has been completed, the service is finished according to the booking details. Any practical points that need attention can be discussed with the team at the time.
Results depend on the material, age, previous treatment, staining and general condition of the carpet or upholstery. Cleaning does not include repair or restoration work.
